1. About This Service

Improv Coach (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a directory platform that connects improv players with independent coaches. We do not provide coaching services directly — we facilitate discovery and connection between coaches and players.

By accessing or using improv.coach you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Accounts

Coaches may create an account to list their profile in the directory. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate, current information when registering. Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your credentials is grounds for immediate account termination.

3. Coach Listings

Coaches are solely responsible for the accuracy of their profile content, including credentials, availability, specialties, and rates. We reserve the right to remove any listing that contains false or misleading information.

A listing on Improv Coach does not constitute an endorsement, certification, or recommendation by us. Players are encouraged to exercise their own judgment when selecting a coach.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, defamatory, or misleading content
• Scrape or harvest data without our written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service

5. Intellectual Property

The Improv Coach name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. Coaches retain ownership of the content they submit to their profiles (bio, photos, etc.) and grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform.

6. Disclaimers

Improv Coach is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality, reliability, or suitability of any coach listed. Any arrangements made between coaches and players are solely between those parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Improv Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform or any coaching relationship formed through it.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
