The notification framework for improv.coach! Let's tune into what's going on in the improv community (given you want to hear about them of course). Added a few basic ones to start. Additionally, some cosmetic fixes, and more metro pages.

Address search now runs on Google Places instead of Geoapify, with results biased toward the US rather than restricted to it. Visitors during ImprovCon also see a name-tag-style welcome introducing Improv.Coach.

Location search got a database index to keep results fast as the directory grows, and API rate limits were loosened for visitors sharing a network connection (like a convention floor).

Every workshop now has its own page with a hero photo, structured data for search engines, and sitemap coverage. Session times display correctly in the workshop's own timezone, and hero photo uploads got more reliable.

The mobile app's coach directory gained location search and demographic filters, plus the app and API were configured for an App Store release with a security kill switch for device verification.

Logo assets were optimized for faster loading, and city landing pages no longer show zero coaches due to a build-time caching issue.

Coach profile pages now lead with what matters most for booking a session, with inline location search matching the theatres and workshops directories. Guests are also shown how many items they've saved, with a prompt to create an account after a second save.

Coach and theatre profiles now carry structured data, canonical links, and Open Graph tags, plus new sitemap coverage for both directories. The inquiry form also lets coaches customize the message players see before reaching out.

Players can now register their own accounts, save coaches and workshops from the directory cards, and see a dashboard tailored to their account type. Several account and login edge cases were also hardened.

The admin blog editor now holds a hero image in the form until the post is actually saved, avoiding orphaned uploads if a draft is abandoned.

Improv.Coach now has a blog: a TipTap-powered editor, an admin post list, hero image upload, RSS feed, and sitemap coverage — plus the admin console is now excluded from search engines.

Coach and theatre photo uploads now go straight to the API instead of proxying through Next.js, with photos stored as S3 keys rather than full URLs under the hood.

Theatres can now create accounts, manage profiles, and get recommended coaches. This release also adds the Admin Console, SEO landing pages for 11 cities, and a footer that stays anchored to the bottom of the page.

Workshops launched alongside a new About page and a profile completeness score to help coaches round out their listings.
