Kat Brown

Passionate, alive, alert. With 15 years of professional improv training, coaching, performance, and teaching experience, Kat Brown delivers her message with heart. Inspired by devised theatre, Artaudian immersion, and somatic healing, her current goal is helping artists discover the pillar that carries them. Kat has led applied improv training since 2012 to clients from The Eames Institute to SONY. She has a graduate level certification in theatre pedagogy from UC Santa Cruz. She was the director of training at Finest City Improv from 2012-2019. She specializes in a one woman show "Sittin Down with Kat Brown" inspired by design + furniture.
