Hi! I'm Cory, and I love to laugh. I'd be glad to laugh with you and to help your team grow together to keep the laughs coming. I've coached a variety of other hobbies/activities and my method is always the same: Focus on making the basics so familiar, that you stop thinking about what you're supposed to be doing, and just have fun with improv. Sometimes we're thinking so much, we miss obvious "ah-ha" moments, where if we react naturally, we'll find deep emotional connection and the starts of comedic game. I'll side coach and call those out for you so you can start recognizing them more organically. I love working on building team chemistry and getting everyone enjoying each second they have on stage together while building an incredible show, and will create custom exercises based on your team's make up to make that happen. My specialty is to help teams conceptualize and workshop their own forms, especially if they are narrative based. I've created and directed two genre based narrative shows, and love finding ways to let a team's strengths guide their playstyle so they have to think less about the "story" and watch as the magic of improv writes it for you based on your character choices.
